What is EQBenefits and Rewards Programme about?


EQBenefits and Rewards Programme is an exciting membership programme managed by Equidius Services Pte Ltd that allows its members to: - Enjoy savings on consultation and medical treatments at participating medical / dental clinics as well as health and wellness service providers in Singapore; - Accumulate EQBenefits Rewards points when seeking medical assistance and treatments at participating medical / dental clinics as well as health and wellness service providers in Singapore; - Enjoy amazing deals and discounts all year long; - Gain access to special events and members’ only promotions;




How do I become a EQBenefits member?


Simply download the EQBenefits mobile application (via Google Play Store or the Apple App Store) and register as a member after purchasing a membership plan to enjoy privileges at our participating medical / dental clinics as well as health and wellness service providers in Singapore.
You may also sign up online through our website (https://www.eqbenefits.sg/join).




Is there a fee for participating in EQBenefits and Rewards Programme?


EQBenefits and Rewards Programme is only available for our members. Members would need to subscribe to one of our membership plans in order to earn EQBenefits points and enjoy membership rates for consultation and medical treatments at participating medical / dental clinics as well as health and wellness service providers in Singapore.




How long does it take for my membership to be activated?


Once you subscribe to our membership plan and payment is approved, an email will be sent to the email that you provided. Please click on the verification email link and your EQBenefits membership will be activated immediately.




Who is eligible to join EQBenefits and Rewards Programme?


The EQBenefits and Rewards programme is available for everyone! Members below 18 years old are required to have a guardian's consent during resistration.




Can I transfer my membership to my family member or friend?


The EQBenefits membership is non-transferable, and they would have to sign up for their own membership to be eligible to enjoy the programme’s benefits and privileges.




What membership plans are currently available?

What benefits and privileges do I enjoy as an EQBenefits member?


As an EQBenefits member, you can:
a) Enjoy savings on medical / dental consultation and medical treatments at participating medical / dental clinics as well as health and wellness service providers in Singapore;
b) Accumulate EQBenefits Rewards points when seeking medical assistance and treatments at participating medical / dental clinics as well as health and wellness service providers in Singapore;
c) Enjoy amazing deals and discounts all year long;
d) Gain access to special events and members’ only promotions;




What purpose does the e-Card serve? Where can I find it?


Your member e-Card must be presented to participating medical, dental clinics, health and wellness service providers to enjoy exclusive membership rates for medical / dental consultation and medical treatments as well as promotions. It is found on E-Card page in the mobile app.




How do I earn EQBenefits Rewards points?


a) Accumulate Rewards points when you visit participating medical, dental clinics, health and wellness service providers in Singapore.
b) Take a picture of your receipt, enter the final purchase amount and upload the image through our mobile application. Our website does not provide any upload function.
c) Earn points from eligible receipts above S$20. These points will be credited into your account within 7 - 14 working days.
Please note that to earn EQBenefit Rewards points, you will need to scan the receipts of purchases over S$20 and upload the images within 48 hours of the time of purchase.
Do retain your receipts even after submission in the event that you are contacted by our EQBenefit Customer Service to resubmit them in lieu of errors or missing details.




Is there a minimum spend before I can earn points?


A minimum spend of $20 in a single receipt at any of our service partners or e-mall is required for that receipt to be accepted for points accumulation.




How does the EQBenefits Rewards point system work?


You will earn points for every dollar spent, with a minimum of $20 in a single receipt. Every dollar you spend will earn you different points across the following categories.

When will the EQBenefits Rewards points be credited into my account?


EQBenefits Rewards points will be credited into your account within 7 - 14 working days from the day of submission. Please note that there is no receipt approval on weekends or public holidays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.




Where will I be able to earn the EQBenefits Rewards points?


You will be able to earn EQBenefits Rewards points when you visit any of our medical, dental clinics, health and wellness service partners. Points will also be credited when you purchase any items on our EQBenefits mall.




Can I combine Reward points with my family or friend?


Reward points earned by different individuals cannot be combined.




Do my Reward points expire?


Your Reward point does not have any expiry date and can be used for redemption as long as you have a valid membership plan.




Must I scan and upload the receipt on the same day of purchase?


We encourage all members to scan and upload all receipts within 48 hours of purchase. Receipts received after 48 hours of spend will not qualify for any Reward points.




How many receipts can I submit in a day?


You can submit any qualifying receipts in a day as you would like to accumulate Reward points. However, there is a maximum cap of $2,000 on the Reward points that you can accumulate in a day.




What is the maximum number of Reward points that I can accumulate in a day?


Reward points can be accumulated from receipts that can add up to a maximum of $2,000 spend per day. Points will be awarded according to the sequence of the receipts uploaded.




Printed receipts are not available at the clinic or service provider that I visited. Can I still use handwritten receipts to earn points?


At the moment, only printed receipts from the clinics or service providers will be accepted for the accumulation of EQBenefit Reward points. Please ensure your name, the clinic or service provider name, clinic / service provider address, total purchase amount, date and time of purchase are clearly shown in the printed receipt. We also do not accept payment slips from credit cards, debit cards and NETS.




What can I do with my EQBenefits Reward points?


You can redeem your EQBenefits Reward Points with an ever-changing catalogue that can be found the the EQBenefits mobile application.




How do I view the balance of my Reward points?


You can view your transactions and the corresponding Reward points earned on in your account on EQBenefits mobile application.




How do I redeem my Reward points?


You can redeem my Reward points by logging onto EQBenefits mobile application and heading to the “Redeem” section. Next select the items you wish to redeem and confirm the redemption.




How can I update my profile / personal information?


You can update your profile and personal information by logging into your account via the EQBenefits mobile application. If you encounter issues activating your account or editing information, do contact us at help@eqbenefits.sg for assistance.




What should I do if I forget my login details?


Your login ID is your EQBenefits membership number. If you need to reset your password, simply click “Forgot Password” under the login box and you will shortly receive an email with a a temporary password.




Who should I contact if I need more information on EQBenefits membership plans?

How will my member information be used in the programme?


Your member information and contact details will be solely used for the purposes of communication with you to keep you updated of sales, promotion and special events associated to EQBenefits and Rewards Programme.




Can my friend and I submit the same receipt?


No, we only accept one submission of the same receipt. The receipt submitted would also need to contain the member’s name. Multiple submissions will be rejected as duplicate.




Is staff of medical / dental clinics or health and wellness service partners allowed to participate in the EQBenefits programme?


Yes, we welcome all employees of our medical, dental, health and wellness partners to join and share in the benefits of the EQBenefits programme.
