Try this... Make toffee by boiling together sugar with a little water until it caramelises. Pour a thin layer over baking paper, cool and break into shards. Break up your favourite biscuits and layer on the bottom of the serving glasses and top with Creme Brulee Dessert Yoghurt. Garnish with the toffee shards.
